SCOLAB SCHOOLS LABORATORY
Learning about healthy eating

Schoolchildren learn many interesting things here about the substances found in fruit and vegetables and about plant chemistry in general. They are allowed to try things out and conduct their own supervised experiments.

The objective of SCOLAB is to give young people an understanding of the various constituents of food, and what their effects are, in order to heighten their awareness of natural, healthy foodstuffs.

“SCOLAB” schools laboratory is located very near to the “Additives Museum”.
